Just trying to determine the safest amount for someone trying Opana for the first time (having tried everything else, including H and methadone).  Can go through 100 20mg Oxy IR's in a week or less.

I have never used this method but it only makes since to me so use 1cc per every 10mg of the Oxymorphone.
Make sure your stir it up good(after the pill shell is removed and dosage would go:

1/2cc 5mg
1cc 10mg
2cc 20mg
3cc 30mg
4cc 40mg


....again this is just me thinking out loud and if i were to use this method it's the way i would approach it.

Yeah you can but that's not proper harm reduction technique...I never reuse washes...but if you must reuse them...only reuse them that day and right after you finish your shot put the filters under a light so they dry quick so bacteria doesn't form on the wet filters and cause you to have "cotton fever".

First off it's misnomer that you have to use hot or even warm water while using pills for IV use.
The only time I use warm to hot water with a pill is with the TIMERx ISO Evape method.
The IR are basically the same as Dilaudid but the pills don't fully dissolve because of the binders, so you basically have to a triple filter to get a good clean clear solution for injection if it's got a pink hue to the water, filter again. Your first filter will look like a piece of bubblegum in color and each filter afterwards it will get lighter in color, use different spoons for each filter as well to not reintroduce the binders into the solutions.
